How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the place of delivery, the availability of the purchased product, the size of the order and the quantity of orders we receive. We aim to ship the day after you place the order if you order before 4 p.m.
My package is lost, now what?
If your package is lost, you can always email info@homehacks.be. We will then contact the delivery service. As soon as we receive an answer, we will either resend the package or refund the value of the package.
I am not satisfied with my order. What now?
Of course we are sorry that you are not satisfied. You can always request a return within 14 days at info@homehacks.be. Here we will answer your question within 24 hours. If you have further questions, please refer to our general sales conditions.
