General conditions of sale

The agreement is established when the Buyer places an order in HomeHacks' web shop and payment is received.

HomeHacks reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving any reason. In this case, the amount paid, when it reaches HomeHacks' account, will be refunded to the Buyer's account.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are listed separately and depend on the destination and size of the order.

Payment can be made through the payment methods offered in the webshop.

The Buyer must make payment before the order is processed and shipped.

HomeHacks strives to deliver the order within the specified delivery time, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Products are always shipped within five days, if in our possession at the time of order.

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason. This can be done via info@homehacks.be.

Return shipments must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

HomeHacks will refund the purchase price, excluding any standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.

HomeHacks guarantees the quality of the products delivered.

Any complaints must be reported in writing to Homehacks within 30 days, clearly describing the complaint.

HomeHacks is not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper installation of the products.

HomeHacks' total liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.

HomeHacks handles Buyers' personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please see our privacy statement for more information.

This agreement is governed by the Belgian legal system.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

.HomeHacks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. Amended terms and conditions will be published on the website and will apply to new orders.

By placing an order in HomeHacks' webshop, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions of sale.
